For example: mysql_optionsv(mysql, MYSQL_READ_DEFAULT_FILE, NULL) ĭefault Option File Locations on Linux, Unix, Mac MariaDB Connector/C allows application developers to read options from the default option files by calling the the mysql_optionsv function and providing the MYSQL_READ_DEFAULT_FILE option name and a NULL pointer as arguments. See the sections below to find out which directories are checked for which system. MariaDB Connector/C reads option files from many different directories by default. Just like MariaDB Server and libmysqlclient, MariaDB Connector/C can also read configuration options from client option groups in option files.
